Room 1 is a large double room with private
balcony and  tea/coffee making facilities. 
English style bed (width 140cm). Placed
on the 3rd floor having an ample sized
en-suite wet room bathroom with shower,
sink and toilet.

Room 2 is also a very comfortable room with
continental sized double bed (width 160cm).
Double aspec windows to the south and east.
En-suite wet room with shower, toilet and sink.
Tea and coffee making facilities.

Room 3 is a double room placed on the 2nd floor.  Spacious
balcony, tea/coffee making facilities. Access to the shared 
family bathroom equipped with shower, bath, sink and toilet.

The lounge on ground floor has a large flat screened
TV with satellite/ DVD  and is made available to you at
anytime of the day or night. Please note children should
be supervised as some satellite channels are unsuitable
for non-adult viewing.  Washing machine and iron/ironing
board etc. available upon request. The garden is an ongoing
project,with vegetable patch, outside seating area and
eventually flower beds and small orchard.
